LRE began its journey in Springfield, MA, as a dedicated real estate company focused on the acquisition and development of residential and investment properties. By 1986, the dynamic landscape of real estate prompted our move to Boston, MA. Here, we expanded our expertise to the prestigious neighborhoods of Back Bay and Beacon Hill, continuing our commitment to acquiring, developing, and selling premium real estate.

In 1998, new opportunities led us to the scenic North Country. It was here that we transitioned into LaJoie Real Estate Services, LLC, based in Plymouth, NH. Recognizing the unique challenges and opportunities of this region, we broadened our scope to include not only real estate development but also comprehensive land development and site work.

Given the local climate — marked by frequent rain, heavy snowfall, and distinct mud seasons — the need for specialized maintenance of private roads and driveways became evident.
